The Ivy Bake Shoppe does not offer refunds or exchanges of any kind on sales of our cookbooks. All sales are final, no exceptions. However, we will accept returns for refund for items damaged in transit.
RETURN/REFUND INSTRUCTIONS FOR DAMAGED ITEMS:
To be eligible for a refund, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your package/cookbook(s) at email@example.com to alert us of the damage and send us images of said damage, if possible. Then return the damaged item to us at . To complete your return, we require proof of purchase (copy of invoice or order number).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
